Working with Turner Sports Interactive, we defined and managed the social media features of the March Madness Social Arena, a fan-focused conversation space on Facebook and embedded within the 2011 and 2012 March Madness Live video apps.

Craft publisher Leisure Arts engaged us to create multiple Facebook campaigns to increase fans and increase awareness of its Knook brand. Our campaigns led to increased fans, inspired user content and improved sales. We have worked with other brands on similar Facebook campaigns.

Kevin is an instructor at Hofstra University’s Office of Continuing Education. His courses focus on social media for business and professionals. He has also taught Social Media Marketing for executives and business owners at Farmingdale State College’s Office of Business Outreach.

Kevin runs popular social media workshops at Labor Department offices on Long Island, where participants learn the importance of creating and maintaining a positive professional footprint, and get important insights on creating and using effective LinkedIn profiles.

With indepth knowledge of digital and social media, Kevin is called upon to provide analysis of social media news and trends. He writes research reports for Gleanster, a technology research firm where he serves as a principal analyst.

B&N Book Clubs

Kevin was the driving force behind Barnes & Noble’s successful Book Clubs community, a digital discussion space where readers met writers and encouraged each other to buy. The Book Clubs blended user-generated content with shopping features to create user-generated commerce.
